We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur due to monitor settings, photography, or the handmade nature of some items. Product dimensions and weights are approximate.

Final Sale Items: To ensure quality, safety, and freshness, certain seasonal items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Christmas Greenery due to its natural, perishable nature.
• Christmas Inflatable Decor that has been unpackaged and inflated (for hygiene and safety).
• Any item not in its original, resalable condition.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we ship the item(s) to you.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. Please see our detailed Shipping Information for the most current details.

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat rate. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is part of these Terms.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Process: You must contact Customer Service at [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a return or exchange. An RMA number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prepaid return label and expedited resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall “look and feel,” is the property of National Tree Company or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The “National Tree Company” name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks. You may not use any of our trademarks or copyrighted material without our prior express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

National Tree Company, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products sold shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
