Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Christmas Greenery (e.g., garlands, swags): Due to their natural, perishable nature.
- Christmas Inflatable Decor that has been unpackaged and inflated: For hygiene and safety reasons.
- Any item not in its original, resalable condition (e.g., damaged, assembled, or missing parts).

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.
Step 3: Securely Package and Ship Your Return
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Use the provided return label (if applicable) and ship to our facility. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage.
